Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (EWOQE, Im Mersch 1a, 49577 Eggermühlen, Germany, support@quietblast-tactical.de) of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, including any surcharge for the return of dangerous goods.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, nor to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once unsealed. Pyrotechnic articles that have been activated, unsealed or otherwise made unsafe for transport cannot be returned.
