2. Data we process

• Server log data (IP address, user agent, time of request) for operation and security.
• Order data (name, delivery and billing address, email, order contents) to fulfil the contract.
• Age confirmation status, stored locally in your browser and verified again at checkout and delivery.
• Newsletter data (email address, consent timestamp) if you subscribe.
• Contact form data (name, email, message) to answer your enquiry.

3. Legal bases

Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR for contract performance, Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR for legal obligations under explosives, tax and commercial law, Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR for the newsletter, and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR for the secure operation of this website.

4. Recipients

Payment service providers, logistics partners for hazardous-goods shipping, our hosting provider and our tax advisor, each only to the extent required. Processors are bound by data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Retention

Order and invoice data are retained for the statutory periods (generally six to ten years). Contact enquiries are deleted once handled and no retention obligation applies. Newsletter data are deleted on unsubscribe.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary browser storage for your cart and your age confirmation. No advertising or tracking cookies are set without your prior consent.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the data protection authority of Lower Saxony.
