General terms and conditions of EWOQE for the QuietBlast Tactical online shop.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers and business customers through this shop. The seller is EWOQE, Im Mersch 1a, 49577 Eggermühlen, Germany.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products is not a binding offer. By clicking the order button you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm dispatch or deliver the goods.
3. Minimum age and age verification
Category F1 pyrotechnic articles may only be sold and handed over to persons aged 18 or over. Age is confirmed on entering the shop, checked at checkout and verified by the carrier on delivery. Orders from minors are void; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified.
4. Prices and payment
All prices include German statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs, which are shown before you order. Payment is due immediately on conclusion of the contract using the methods offered at checkout.
5. Delivery
Pyrotechnic articles are shipped as compliant hazardous goods. Typical dispatch time is 2–4 working days because every unit is built to order. Delivery is made to Germany, Austria and the EU; deliveries to Switzerland require prior arrangement and may incur customs charges.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Liability for damage resulting from improper use, use contrary to the safety instructions, modification of the article or use by persons under 18 is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
